The ASPN Control Center allows you to manage your web site, your
email accounts and check your email using the web mail interface.
When you received your "Welcome Email" from ASPN, it included your
Userid and Password for accessing each utility.
Email Manager:
You must login using your
Userid@yourdomain.com
Web Mail: You must login using
your
Userid@yourdomain.com for
all accounts. If, you have a
support@yourdomain.com,
you may have given it a different password. You control all
the email accounts except the main one we provide to you.
File Manager: The Web based File
Manager uses your main Userid and password also. The File
manager allows you to create, edit, copy, and move files and
directories. It also has a built in Statistics Program so
you can check your servers stats.
Support Helpdesk: The support Helpdesk
also uses your main Userid and Password. When you open a
trouble ticket, we act promptly on resolving your issues.
This system pages our support personnel automatically.
